Process

  1. We set up an onboarding/consultation, completely free, do discuss the project timeline, budget and strategy.

  2. Once the scope, timeline, and budget are confirmed, start the project.

  3. If we’re starting from scratch, we don’t need any existing materials. If the project is based on an existing brand, we ask for clear brand references to guide the direction.

  4. The timeline depends on the size and complexity of the project. Smaller pieces can take a few days to a couple of weeks, while more complete projects may take several weeks. We always define a clear schedule before starting.

  5. Normally we work with the clients and sometimes with other teams of designers and/or developers depending of the scope of the project.

  1. We price projects based on scope, complexity, and timeline. Since each project is unique, we don’t use fixed packages. After an initial discussion, we provide a tailored proposal that reflects the specific needs of the project.

  2. We work on a project-based pricing model rather than hourly rates. This allows us to focus on outcomes, quality, and the overall scope of the work instead of time tracking.

  3. Yes, we offer structured packages based on the type of work, such as illustration, animation, digital campaigns, and web experiences. Each package is adapted to the project’s specific needs rather than being fixed templates.

  4. If the scope evolves during the project, we reassess the new requirements and update the timeline and budget if needed. Any changes are always discussed and agreed before moving forward.
